Wedding Day Management
My Day-Of Management package is the perfect solution for couples who want to enjoy their wedding day without the stress of managing logistics. We begin collaborating 45 days prior to your wedding to ensure a seamless experience. During this time, I'll gather all your vendor contracts and establish communication with each vendor, ensuring every detail is handled flawlessly. My team at LMV Wedding Consulting will manage the timeline and logistics, allowing you to focus on creating cherished memories with your loved ones. Investing in our services means investing in peace of mind—you focus on making memories with your wedding party and family. LMV Wedding Consulting will take care of the rest!

Meetings
Two—virtual or in-person meetings.
One venue site visit.
One final walk-through at the venue.
Email, phone support, and check-ins.
One final timeline review phone call the week of the wedding.
Provide up to 12 hours of day-of-management ($75 per hour, each additional hour).
Send an introduction email to your venue and vendors.
Collect your vendor contracts for review.
Email the final timeline and day-of-wedding instructions to all the vendors.
One-hour ceremony rehearsal only at the venue. (Off-site ceremonies are an additional fee and based upon availability.)
All guest and vendor management, including the supervision of all vendor arrivals,
Basic decor setup at the start of the day; tear-down at the end of the night; guest book, gift and card box, signage, place cards, memorial table, cake table, favors, menu cards, and table numbers. Does not include DIY setup such as; assembly of centerpieces, wall décor, draping, flower arranging, transfer of the arch, and florist vessels.
Assist with the meal chart and dietary restrictions. (does not include floor plan)
Assist with venue flips if needed.
Create and manage the day’s itinerary and schedule, including the behind-the-scenes of all the moving parts. (i.e., the ceremony processional, speeches, entrances, entertainment, announcements, and coordination of the kitchen for meal courses.)
Review the event space setup and guest seating.
Greeting and ushering guests, as needed.
Distribute personal flowers, or boutonnieres, if the ceremony is on-site at the venue.
Provide a wedding day "Wedding Emergency Kit," including all the day's essentials.
Removal and packing up your personal wedding decor at the end of the night.
Distribute the final payments and gratuities, if applicable.
Starting Investment: $1,750.00
Weddings over 150 guests require a day-of assistant for a flat fee of $250.00.
The client is responsible for parking fees.
Weddings and events over 45 miles away or in downtown Chicago will be custom quoted.

Up to three (3) timeline revisions. (No changes five days before the wedding.)
